Print — Build The Near-Net Part
ZEUS puts extrusion process control on one screen: zone temperatures, material presets, pellet feed, live cameras, and robot sequences. Operators see whether the cell is heating, ready, or needs attention — without jumping between tools. This is where the physical part begins; everything downstream depends on it.
When the print finishes, the as-printed part becomes the input for Scan — the same cell story continues from extrusion control into capture and verify.
Scan — Capture Reality And Prepare For Mill
Scan is the bridge between Print and Mill. Operators open Scan / CNC from Fleet (or scanner.local offline), capture the part with the flange-mounted 3D camera, load as-printed CAD, align, and verify with heat maps. When fit is good enough, they download aligned STEP and milling-ready STEP oriented for ZEUS CNC.

Milling STEP and aligned STEP exports are the Scan-to-Mill handoff. Geometry verified against the real part becomes the machining input — not an ideal CAD file that ignores print deviation.
Mill — Finish On Zeus CNC
Mill is ZEUS CNC mode on the same operator platform. Extrusion heaters and materials step aside; robot and spindle controls come forward. Operators transfer KRL / production programs to the robot, see spindle state and RPM, and machine from Scan milling STEP outputs. Machine safety stays with on-machine firmware; the software presents state and controls clearly.
